    Pros

Reasonable workload and great financial benefits. The department pay all your tuition and fees, and has a good stipend for living decently in the small town of college station.

    Cons

There are really not much downside information. As a teaching assistant all you need to do is to work around with students, review their projects and assignments, and grade their reports. This is a lot of fun.
