Pros – Great medical staff and coworkers

Cons – Lack of career advancement and growth

Advice to Senior Management – Improve communications, better support of employees, and clear vision. Overall vision of goals is communicated well by senior leadership. There is entirely too much politics and silo thinking amoungst middle management. The lack of vision is problematic of middle management.
