Clinic side is wonderful! Love the physicians and nurses; HR however was not the department to be in.

I have been working at Texas Children's Hospital

    Pros

    Great team below leadership level

    Cons

HR leadership is . . . well let's just say there is a reason they overcompensated and have extremely high turnover in HR, especially with leaders. Only a constant few in leadership remain year over year.

I have been working at Texas Children's Hospital

    Pros

Good benefits in general. Flex hours. Nine eighty for some departments
    Forward thinking computer department
Good facilities and buildings. Easy bus access to the buildings. Free parking

    Cons

Work life balance ignored. It is growing too fast to care for people. Too much politics. Drives people to openly see favoritism for some and only metrics for others

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees need to be recognized even if they are loud mouth
Too many good people have left. So please open your eyes
