ProsAmple time off with holidays, vacation, and sick time. Pretty good training opportunities are provided to learn your job, great team approach to the work, at least in the regions.

ConsPay is not great, mid to upper level management are clueless as to the actual issues and lead with their stick and not integrity. Politics, politics, politics.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet out of the way, get off of your high horse, and listen to employees.
