    Pros

The mission of the agency is great and worthwhile - supporting the aged and disabled population of Texas.

    Cons

Workload is excessive, with deadlines set by management that rarely take into account the herculean efforts required to accomplish such deadlines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create flex time where able, implement telecommute for more than just a few field workers.
