I have been working at Texas Department of Insurance
Pros – Pros- lots of time off--state holidays. Do not require overtime as it's not in the state budget. Very slow paced.
Cons – Terrible management with no experience in business. Bully and threatening management style.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire competent managers
