    I worked at Texas Guaranteed

    Pros

Great work, life balance. Slow pace and light workload. They company has good friends in high places and is very much respected by many of its customers.

    Cons

Very slow, state agency feel and pace. Very much driven by government decisions. Management is slow to recognize their employees. Many employees have a very long tenure and are very entrenched in the company.

I have been working at Texas Guaranteed

    Pros

    Good health package/dental/vision.
Facility is in a nice neighborhood

    Cons

Cubicle farm with arrogant micro management constantly playing games with your livelihood (commission)
Base pay is 12 dollars per hour and they bait you into the job with promises of huge bonuses.
What they don't tell you is that they frequently change the incentive structure in the middle of the month/quarter.
For those that have never worked for commission, it's the equivalent of changing the rules of a card game in the middle of a hand.

In the unfortunate instances you must make contact with your chosen team leader
for approval or have a question, you are typically treated with contempt for interrupting their conversations about leisure activities like sports.
The collector however is expected to work like a dog so that they can take credit for motivating their employees and hit their financial benchmarks.

Moral is low and stress and resentment are high.
