Pros

THR is a financially stable company with excellent benefits, competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Cons

The politics in the company from top to bottom is thicker than the election with the hanging chad! If you're in the "club" then it will work out very well for you. If you're not, then you'll want to fly below the radar with the other 90% of the people.

Advice to Management

Take a close and honest look at your actions. People (peons) won't tell you, but when you show up to show us little ones how dedicated you are and then take a picture to post on Yammer (to document what a great leader you are) you're mocking us. Please, STOP IT! An honest leader is someone who will do the right thing even when nobody is looking.

    Pros

Faith Based organization. Amazing talent and clinicians that care for our patients

    Cons

Politics, personal agendas, senior leadership out of touch with staff and work, No trust, stressful environment, frequent change due to power struggles not for purpose, no work / life balance, pal promotion program

    Advice to Management

Get to know your staffs' talent not personal lives. Give credit where credit is due not just to those following you around
