    Gossipy and negative people have too much influence
    Real workers are not recognized
    Too many surveys
    Lots of favoritism
    Leadership is not to be trusted
    Pomp and circumstance, empty rhetoric and semantics reign supreme
    Healthcare with a lot of mean people, especially at Denton, Dallas, and the new hospital
    Too many meetings
    Leadership is a joke
    Credit not given to and stolen from real workers

    Give credit where credit is due. Stop being responsive to gossipy people who are worthless. Model yourself after your best hospitals. Live according to the culture that is promoted.
