ConsPolitical nature can impede advancement; not enough telecommute options; CEO is visible, approachable, and involved in daily operations.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere is still a culture of "us vs. them" with former Presby and Harris employees. Although the entities have merged, it seems that Leadership is primarily aligned with the former Harris operations. It can be difficult for "outsiders" to advance.
