I worked at Texas Health Resources full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Faith based. Strong system in the public eye.

    Cons

Management issues with a huge lack of communication & consideration for their employees. You get overloaded with more & more work, yet get reprimanded for overtime. Also, if you're even one min. late for work due to traffic issues you're written up. No flexibility or autonomy for employees, like mentioned, you're just a number here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership classes, model the promise values and show caring and honesty for your workers in the trenches. Happy employees equals happy patients equals high patient satisfaction scores.
