Texas Works Advisor II

Texas Works Advisor II (Former Employee)
Corpus Christi, TX

I worked at Texas Health and Human Services Commission full-time for more than 10 years

ProsBenefits, job stability, before call center - interaction with customers

Conssupervisors was on power kick, said derogatory comments about workers and clerks plus all clients. used fowl language. supervisors have been caught stealing from other companies and this agency will rehire them. co workers have a gang banger attitude since they have gang members in their families. you only get promoted by how much you brown nose

Advice to Senior Managementhire ones that know how to manage and not on a power kick. very immature and some of them have been around for 20 years

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
