Pros

You will have a paycheck until you are able to find a better job.

Cons

incompetent senior management
prima donna employees who think they are entitled to special treatment
high turnover
very little cohesion in branch offices

Advice to Management

Corporate office actually needs to send some people to the local branch offices and have individual "state of the company/state of the local office" interviews with employees. If you do this, you will find that very few people want to continue working long term for this company. It is just a place to collect a paycheck until something better can be found for most people.

    Pros

I work with a wonderful group of nurses. We are a great team, which makes going to work a pleasure

    Cons

The computer system is not user friendly and very difficult to train new people on. Should eliminate paper but we still have lots and lots of paperwork.

    Advice to Management

    Get new computer software

  2. It's a gratifying way to give back to those that need the help.

    Pros

It's a hard job to do if you don't have compassion for other people that need the help.

    Cons

It's degrading at times when patients are going through something that you can't understand. Sometimes you just have to find your own happy place while on duty.

    Advice to Management

I think that management should pay better attention to who they are hiring before they are sure about the fit to the patient.
