Pros – respected company for technical excellency.
affordable place to live (Dallas area)
stable revenue
fair profit sharing
gentle environment for discussion
Cons – poor work life balance esp. digital CMOS group
rather old company
less chance of expansion
getting our of fab
growth is slow
Advice to Senior Management – need methodology change for foundry strategy
need more work/life balance for young employee
