Pros

Work culture is very good and obviously the salary is very nice .Work -life balance is fine and its very light working environment

Cons

You may have to wait for long hours when product release is nearby, but that happens almost in every firm in this industry

    Pros

    Very diversified portfolio, which means many different opportunities exist.
    Flat hierarchy. Very good for new employees.
    No state income tax as based in Texas.

    Cons

    A little bit conservative in jumping in new markets.
