    Pros

    - Located in Texas where housing is cheap and no state income taxes makes an average salary go a long way
    - Good benefits
    - Family friendly atmosphere, everyone leaves at 5.30!

    Cons

    - No career growth if you are an engineer
    - Very little scope to switch careers, get slotted in a role and continue forever
    - No urgency to innovate
