ProsIf learning is your objective this company is best for you. agressive learining happens in a very short time

ConsWork load is extremely heavy. one expected to put all this time to get the product done. every manager will push you in this regard

Advice to Senior Managementi dont think manager can reduce pressure on employees as pressure comes from customer side
