Pros- You have access to a wide array of technical resources in terms of people, lectures, documents
- Lots of opportunities to work on different things that interest you because of the breadth of the company

Cons- The company might get too big at times and standing out in the crowd might be difficult

Advice to Senior Management- Need to reduce the processes at times to react faster to customer requirements

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
