good work culture. flexible working hours.

Some of the non analog division management is sloppy.

    Pros

    Good work-life balance
    Able to work from home
    Able to work flexible hours
    Profit sharing

    Cons

    Upper management does not walk the walk. They emphasize ethics and doing the right thing then turn around and lay off the entire Wireless dvision with only two days notice.

    Working with the best and brightest minds

    Cons

    Indifferent and old school attitude, poor management, cost-cutting, innovation as lip service, employees treated like dirt, no risk taking and sales person mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Old school attitude will not work. Come late - Stay longer => You are doomed.
