I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Nice place to work. Great work life balance

    Cons

IF you are in a group that has diminishing returns better to look elsewhere as TI is not know to hang on to their employees or relocate to other groups. It will be an enmasse exit.
