    Pros: - Great learning and training atmosphere, get to learn from very experienced senior folks - Opportunity to mentor and be mentored… Cons: - Poor middle management quality, managers act like feudal lords and silo themselves instead of working across divisions, rarely get penalized for bad business decisions,… Advice to Senior Management: - Focus on genuinely listening to the engineering work force to get the best out of them instead of pushing through an agenda - Remove barriers… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
