Pros

Open door policy, diverse client-base, variety of products, flat organization with relatively fewer hierarchies, research and application of cutting edge technology, global offices, and friendly work culture.

Cons

Because of relatively flat organization, chances of having direct subordinates are small for most of the employees, thus sometimes depriving them from practicing people management skills.

    Pros

Very relaxed culture and coworkers were always willing to help. They care about your development and support you with classes. Good performance is also rewarded. People are not pigeon-holed to positions because of time with company. If you are a strong performer, you will rise quicker than others. They also offer shuttle services so you can save money on transportation. Dallas is a relatively cheap place to live and the tax policy is great in Texas.

    Cons

    One may not enjoy Dallas

    Pros

Worked in TI for 7 years. Very well managed company that has consistently delivered great products for the market. Great employee benefits. Also encourage employees to transfer within groups.

    Cons

Moves slowly and conservative. Averse to taking risks. Beyond a point growth only happens if someone above you in the ladder leaves the company.
