Pros: Good environment to share technical information internally. No much limitation… Cons: No much innovation in viewpoints of Software but Mainly dedicated… Advice to Senior Management: Should share more complete vision(or common sense) with emploee No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
