Pros

Good company to learn variety of things..work gets valued..good employees are always valued and given chance to rise up in either technical ladder or management ladder

Cons

not many...little conservative..less agression on new products...

Advice to Management

managing is a skill and not a project or job..but lots of good managers around..need to nurture and value the talent as an asset.

    Pros

Competitve pay, great work environment, reasonable work expectations, excellent career opportunities. TI wants you to be the best employee you can be, and is willing to invest in your development.

    Cons

A bit too many superfluous meetings. Food could be better.

    Pros

HR recognizes the need for employees to like their job both for retention and effort reasons. Product Development and Testing are respected and done well

    Cons

R&D is somewhat starved. Leadership doesn't seem to have the desire to fund anything that won't pay off for > 2 years.
