I worked at Texas Instruments full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Excellent engineers and managers at its hey day

Cons

Strategy is outdated at times and not in line the rapidly changing market realities

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to be more flexible in adapting to market needs faster. Running away from competition does not help in building a reputation as an innovator that can take on the marketplace.

Negative Outlook
