Pros – Great Team of technical people
Competitive Pay
Ethical Company
Cons – Management driven by dollars and cents - not by a vision of technology and products. I truly great company should balance both aspects.
Advice to Senior Management – Decide how you want to change the world and find a technology vision on how to get there.
