Good opportunities for lateral movement internally

ProsGood benefits, good opportunities to move between groups.

ConsThe company has been getting smaller, so there are fewer stable opportunities. Also there is a major youth movement, so it's more difficult to get in and to advance if you are over 35.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
