    Pros

    Good people
Benefits are pretty good for a large company
Allow you to work from home anytime
    Profit sharing.

    Cons

    They are seriously cheap.
    Office decor is terribly outdated.
Not many in office freebies like lunch, office supplies, company logo'ed stuff, etc.
Management will lay you off same day with no notice and out of the blue.

    Advice to Management

Make an effort to keep talented people - you're allowing a brain drain. Also, the no notice lay offs are giving the company a horrible reputation in the valley. You wanted a presence in the valley to take advantage of the talent but the way you are treating the employees is making you lose the same talent and keep others away. No talent = no IP = no revenue. Get it?
