    Pros

Big company. Good health insurance. Do not need to dress up. A good place for a young engineer to start a career.

    Cons

Big company. Lack of innovative. Need at least a few corporate managers who are real engineers. Need to treat engineers better.

    Pros

Lots of horizontal mobility, top end labs and equipment, very knowledgeable team

    Cons

Slow moving company, sales oriented, not research intensive. The cubicles on south campus are a depressing environment to work in unless you are by a window.

    Advice to Management

Update the campus, the dark cubicles are not innovation inspiring.
