    Pros: Great people work here. There is also some degree of flexibility on your schedule. The benefits are generally good. One… Cons: Resourcing is too tight, goals too broad. If you could focus on a few things it would be tolerable, but you get stretched so… Advice to Senior Management: Quit treating the company as a collection of "startups" -- it leads to infighting… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
