I worked at Texas Instruments full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Large company, decent benefits. Lots of opportunity if you want to live in the Dallas area.

    Cons

Lack of trust in HR representatives. Promises made but not kept. If you are a part of an acquired company, start looking for other opportunities immediately.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold your HR team to the highest standard.
