    Pros

If you get into a good, worldwide group, you will get exposure to many product lines and systems.

    Cons

Managerial shakeups relatively often. I had a new boss within a month of starting work full-time.

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Ethical company, good recognition system

    Cons

"Real" decision making limited to VP level. Site/branch level act as if they are making decision and section level manages have given up even acting to be decision makers.

    Advice to Management

Decentralize. Trust section and branch level more to make sound $ judgement. Every item should not need VP approval.
