Good Company to work for.Good culture ,flexibilty,quality of work,work life balance.

Cons

Compensation is lesser as compared to other firms in the same field but quality of work and work life balance compensate for it

    Pros

    stable work environment, generally lots of freedom to explore and do more than required of the job

    Cons

    vertical growth limited in India specifically due to the nature of the business in India. This could though change in the future as the site grows in significance both in the region and globally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    sometimes a great decision that is not made at the right time, is about as good as a decision not made. Also status-quo is not a good state to be in for long.
