Challenging and rewarding

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time

ProsRewards performance, provides large latitude in decision making, allows differences of opinions. Appreciation of the fact that we work in an ambiguous market environment, so it is not possible to play by a standard set of rules.

ConsVery tactical day-today management by senior management, high pressure work environment, low tolerance for people seeking "9-5" job.

Advice to Senior ManagementReduce micromanagement

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
