I have been working at Texas Instruments as a contractor (less than an year)

Pros

Interesting work if you like DSP. People are very sociable and knowledgeable. Beautiful part of Scotland. Also close to Glasgow airport if you need to travel as a contractor. Very flexible regarding working from home.

Cons

Engineers were frustrated by lack of projection direction from USA and the inability of marketing to nail down features.

    I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    You will know the latest information about analog device and you could learn a lot of technical knowledge from internal resource.

    Cons

    There are a lot of works that will come to you at the same time and you need to finish it by yourself. If you could not work smart, you will spend a lot of time on the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There are a lot of advance technology in TI and it takes time to learn. It will be good if TI could provide more time for employee to learn it and this will help TI better.
