Good company with lots of opportunities/ market leader

Proscompany has very good and competent employees. The management is also good. Steady work positions and interesting challenges in the focus areas.

ConsBig company with its own bureaucracy. Some constant changes in process/ change in focus areas. The prospects for experienced folks starts decreasing in many areas.

Advice to Senior ManagementA little bit more transparency in decisions
