Opportunity of learning new skills and doing your own projects. The company is giving best facilities especially to engineers . Good markets experiences learned.

Cons

You have to build good relationships with customers, they may let to to solve tons of problems. Be able to work with them and be able to explain things well to them.

    Lots of experience from experienced people.
    Lots of opportunity to move from one aspect of the IC process to another.
    Some good managers.

    Cons

    Low pay.
    Poor computing power. Simulations take a long time.
    some bad managers.

    compensate well and people will stay.
