    Work/life balance. Great management. Senior mgmt take good care of teh employees - Training, oppurtunities

    Takes a long time to see career growth for new employees.

    Lots of experience from experienced people.
    Lots of opportunity to move from one aspect of the IC process to another.
    Some good managers.

    Cons

    Low pay.
    Poor computing power. Simulations take a long time.
    some bad managers.

    compensate well and people will stay.
