    Frustrating and disappointing

    Pros: Pay and benefits are good for Texas. Work can be interesting but generally… Cons: First to middle levels of management are pretty hopeless. Too much work going overseas. Too much work being done… Advice to Senior Management: Purge the deadwood out of first to middle level management.     Headed for trouble

    Pros: They actually pay what you are promised. Many of the people are… Cons: Ageism is rampant. All contrarian views are squashed as part of the culture. Management opportunities are reserved only for those that are "yes"… Advice to Senior Management: Stop trying to so closely control the culture of the organization.
