    Pros

Good learning opp. Will get you some experience out of school. Lots to learn in different areas. Very global and will provide you the opp as well.

    Cons

The company is very bottom line oriented. Pay isn't the greatest, but not bad. Can be slow to embrace change. Fairly young workforce.

    Advice to Management

Improve work life balance. Need to re-invent the Texas Instruments brand to attract new talent that can help spur the innovation that the company seems to need.
