“Typical Restaurant Management Job”
Former Employee – worked at Texas Land and Cattle
Pros – If you can manage here you can manage at any restaurant. You will work harder than you thought you could.
Cons – All that work for some poor pay.
Advice to Senior Management – Review your store management staff, stop paying the ones that don't work so much!
