TPWD

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsNice looking environment for office location

ConsUltra severe discrimination against women and people of color. Women are forced to act sexually available or they do not advance. TPWD wildlife Div tends to hire ONLY attractive women. Women are expected to act afraid of male management. Any objection to any of this treatment will get you fired. Treatment of people of color and the one gay woman was horrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementEnter this century, This is not the 1940s, Diversity is here to stay and you will eventually be sued. Your management style is profoundly backward and behind the times

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
