I have been working at Texas Rangers

Pros

Tickets to games and insurance were the only pros the job was nothing like the job description that was posted.

Cons

It wasn't even enough to live off of and it was full time it was a resume builder for me so I took the job but only stayed a year because the pay was so low

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the change in ownership may have made a difference, the team was great this past season so sales would have been better than when I was there for sure.

I have been working at Texas Rangers part-time for less than a year

    Pros

flexible schedule, friendly people, long breaks(2nd or 3rd inning to 7th) field level view, you see players and it's very fun!

    Cons

a select few people are rude, it gets very hot outside and that could be a problem if you hate the outdoors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

more tents outside would be great

I have been working at Texas Rangers part-time for more than a year

    Pros

You work with great people and the full time staff is extremely easy to work with and for. They were very flexible if you had to take time off as well as treat employees and customers extremely well.

    Cons

Occasionally their would be night camps which would involve you working from like 5 to 9 at night. For the majority of the time though it was great hours just some occasional long shifts and night hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would say overall continue doing what you are doing. I was very pleased with working there and wish I could work there again this summer.
