I have been working at Texas Roadhouse full-time for more than a year

Pros – The place is ran like a well oiled machine! Everyone works together as one cohesive team and it makes for such a positive work environment. The management is great and very affirming. You can essentially make your own schedule as well.

Cons – The guests are the hardest part of the job. I think is typical for any serving position though.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
