I have been working at Texas Roadhouse part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Excellent initial employee training program. High volume restaurant that provides great customer value. Management is very flexible and understanding.

Cons

Required to line dance once every hour. While working there I learned four line dances. Not the worst of concerns though.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow stronger servers to take on more tables.

you have to tip out a lot to the bar and the host stand and still have to pay extra if you don't want to roll your own silverware.
