Just an OK job

Workforce Development Specialist (Former Employee) Fort Worth, TX

ProsWorking with various types of people that need your help is a definite pro.
Good benefit package is a definite pro.

ConsTerrible IT department and computers are antiques.
Management most of the time has no idea what they are doing (although some of the managers are ok.)
Some of the staff that has been employed for a long time get away with anything, and when they are reported for something it's just a slap on the hand and nothing ever changes.

Advice to Senior ManagementTWC needs to quit playing favorites, look at the people that are getting the job done and advance those people. If you continue to do the same things as you have in the past you will have the same results.
