Some great mentors that are patient, willing to walk you through projects
Cons
Senior managment makes promises that design engineers can't meet. Timeline is not reasonable and thus creates poor quality products
Advice to Senior Management
There are too many managers, too much beauracracy, would understand what middle management purpose and effectiveness in their rolls was.
