Advice to Senior Management

Salaries need to be evaluated based on merit, employee drive. Evaluate employees willing to go above and beyond "normal duties" for deliveries. There is no initiative for employees to work harder. They show up and perform bare minimum duties and recieve the same pay increases as those have greater responisibilty.
