Pros

Being exposed to a multi-industry company

Cons

Executives get the high salaries along with bonus incentives while the people doing the actual work are very poorly compensated. Unless you come in at a high level it's very difficult to advance.

Advice to Senior Management

Tie performance to compensation for mid-level workers.
