Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on the path we are headed. I like the fact that we use the latest technologies and able to express our view points. I feel like I have a sense of ownership and treated like an adult vs. being micromanaged.

    Pros

Great CTO with a friendly personality and a great array of knowledge

    Cons

Poor Hiring process. Very bad manager had many smart minds walk out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people like the CTO. Better communication. Would come back if that was fixed. Better vision plan the idea behind the product is VERY GOOD!

Former Employee - Customer Implementation Manager
Former Employee - Customer Implementation Manager

    Pros

The salary and benefits were great at the time.

    Cons

Management misinformed and in some cases lied about company financial status. Less than a month after building a huge expensive HQ more than half the company was laid off and a month after that the Middle East division had cut half of its staff after management claiming it to be the company's savior. At the time I left the managers were having to take helpdesk support calls because they laid off all of the permanent call support team.
At the time I worked there the "solution" was bug heavy and there were a lot of manual workarounds and data fixes that had to be done on a daily basis.
     BEWARE!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stabilize software solution...may need to be re-coded from scratch.
Worry less about trying to look like a big corporation and more on stabilizing core solution and operations. Rethink strategy.
