    Bon poste, bonne technologie, bonnes relations entre les employés, implication dans des projets très excitants, particulièrement dans l'ingénierie; carrière internationale, beaucoup de voyages à l'étranger permettant de découvrir beaucoup à propos des dif

    direction, processus de décision trop long, pas clair, responsabilités pas bien établies. Difficultés pour être entendu, pour faire des tentatives. Pas d'approche basée sur l'entrepreunariat. Réseau fort entre les gens venant de la même école: Ecole centrale, Supelec, Sup-aéro, etc..
