    I have been working at Thales UK full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    aggressive growth and development plans, lots of opportunities if you are proactive, lots of development opportunity.

    Cons

    remuneration isn't always market leading but it is becoming more attractive, IT is always an issue but there are plans to change this (it does affect work at present though)

    keep open to new ideas and keep pushing the change programme ahead

    I have been working at Thales UK full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I cannot think of a pro. The benefits are reasonable - car, pension.

    Cons

    Constant structural changes. Line management incompetent. Not a outwardly focused sales company. Lots of internal procedure. Company does not reward new thinking and very set in a military mindset. Renumeration not on par with industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the company focus from internal to external customers. Slim down internal procedure. Reward sales resources appropriately. Review line management capability to change from a defence focused company to a commercial enterprise.
